Dear Colleagues,

The congress, covering current issues with the theme of "Evidence-Based Approaches in Sports Injuries" is jointly organized by the Eastern Mediterranean University Health Sciences Faculty Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Department and the Sports Physiotherapists Association. It will be held between the dates of 4th and 6 th of November 2022 in "Famagusta", which hosts many historical monuments with the most beautiful location and beaches of Cyprus,

Our congress includes 9 panels, 2 conferences, 2 discussion sessions and oral presentations.

In addition, 4 workshops will be held on the last day of the congress. A special one-day symposium was also organized to attract the attention of students studying in English Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Departments. In addition, the Kinesio Taping 1-2 course, which has international validity, will be given on 6-7 November 2022, again for English Department students.

In the scientific program, which we think will be followed with interest by the participants, our expert colleagues will not only tell us about their techniques, but also will have the opportunity to share their knowledge with us through discussion sessions accompanied by experienced moderators.

We hope to see you at our congress, where we will discuss sports physiotherapy and athlete health, which always keeps the physiotherapist profession up-to-date. Our congress will enrich and find meaning with the participation of you, our esteemed colleagues.
